RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is 48 hours. For late returns, one-third of the daily rental rate is charged for each additional hour. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, a full day’s rental fee including CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is charged. For reservations made one day before the rental period, please confirm by phone.

LONG-TERM RENTALS

The minimum rental period for long-term rentals is 30 days. Special pricing applies. For detailed information about pricing and rental conditions, please contact the Dağ Rent a Car Reservation Center at +90 535 642 16 48.

ONE-WAY RENTALS

If the vehicle is returned to a city other than the one it was picked up from, a one-way fee will be charged regardless of the rental duration. For one-way fee details, please contact our Reservation Center.

VEHICLE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF

24/7 service is available at our Airport Offices. In all other offices, vehicles can be picked up or returned during business hours free of charge. Outside of business hours (excluding airports), pick-up and drop-off are also free of charge.

AIRPORT SERVICE FEE

There is no airport service fee for rentals made from Dağ Rent a Car Offices located in international airports, which operate 24/7.

DRIVER’S LICENSE & MINIMUM AGE

Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years. For luxury vehicles, the minimum age requirement is 26.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

Only drivers who meet the driver’s license and age requirements and whose valid ID and driver’s license are registered in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. If an accident occurs and the driver is not listed in the agreement, the insurance becomes void.

INCLUDED & EXCLUDED ITEMS IN PRICING

Prices include limited mileage, vehicle maintenance costs, traffic insurance, and CDW. Items not included: fuel, bridge and highway tolls, traffic fines, and extras such as baby seats or GPS rental.

MEET & GREET

We will greet you with a sign bearing your name at the exit of the airport, train station, or bus terminal. For address or hotel deliveries, our staff will deliver the vehicle at the specified time.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, bank transfers, and all valid credit cards for rental payments.

DAĞ RENT A CAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE VEHICLE TYPES AND PRICING & TERMS LISTED IN THE TARIFF WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

TRAFFIC FINES

According to Turkish traffic laws, speed limits are 120 km/h on highways, 90 km/h on intercity roads, and 50 km/h in urban areas. Please obey NO PARKING signs. Any traffic fines or legal liabilities due to traffic violations or renter's negligence are the responsibility of the renter. Traffic fines received by Dağ Rent a Car after the vehicle is returned will be charged to the renter and collected in cash. Any time the vehicle is held by official or local authorities for any reason will be considered part of the rental period.
